Service description

Mindra is a digital motivation and support service (Telegram bot, website, and related features) by Mindra Group LLC.

Account and age

You confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or as required by law in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts.

Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms.
• Manage your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal (/billing/portal) or by contacting Support.

Refunds

See Refund Policy. Usually, a 7-day period applies for the first purchase if conditions are met.

Acceptable use

Illegal activity, abuse, hacking, malware, and rights violations are prohibited.

Intellectual property

Mindra’s content/software (except user-generated content) belongs to the Company and/or its licensors.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Termination of access

Access may be suspended/terminated in case of violations or legal requirements.

Governing law

Florida, USA law applies (excluding conflict rules), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the new version applies from publication.
